I'm not Manny, but if he wants to change the culture, you give the Seniors a closed award ceremony, and you ask the rest of the team, mostly the juniors, if they feel the need to hold an award ceremony.
So an awards banquet isn't just something the team has every year? And if not, how many wins do they need to have one?You been watching this program since cmr came? You realize mandy is the one who went to a flea market down south to get a turn over chain made of ten karat gold and cubic zirconium right? Same dude forcing kids to put on an even dummer prop of some nineteen eighties knuckle rings when ever they score. Oh wait oh wait, better yet same dude making these kids jump up and down on the sidelines and dance like mamawhichos while were being *****slapped by the most average schedule in the country... So I ask,is an awards ceremony after this year to celebrate mediocrity really that big of a surprise to you? I feel like Robert Deniro in meet the fockers when he was looking at Barbara streisands shrine for all of ben stillers eighth place trophies.
And that's the problem. These players are more happy with dancing and occasionally wearing some jewelry than winning football games. Those stupid props need to die. The entire culture needs to die.So an awards banquet isn't just something the team has every year? And if not, how many wins do they need to have one?
As for wearing props, I imagine if any of the players were ****ed enough about losing they could just not wear them. Or not accept an award for that matter. Maybe make a bit of a statement that celebrating a loss isn't acceptable. But it doesn't seem like anyone's very upset about this season, so I guess we'll never know.
Then we need an administration and coaching staff that understand that swag comes after winning, not before. You don't summon more wins by dancing and wearing jewelry. You summon more wins by being more focused, by working harder, by being smarter. That's it, it's that simple. And that's the problem. The crap they are pulling is no different than our players stomping on the Louisville logo, then getting stomped by them. We are all fake swag. God, I hate that word, swag. All we have had for years is a false bravado, and Manny had doubled down on it.Then we need an administration and coaching staff that understand that swag comes after winning, not before. Until our program is run by people who not only understand that, but truly hate losing, we'll get more of the same.
If it's with Kiki.....
Yes. Awards ceremony is annual. Wasnt the point but I give up. This is acceptable to most of yall.So an awards banquet isn't just something the team has every year? And if not, how many wins do they need to have one?

I would just like the chance to overreact more loudly and angrily than the idiots who lost their sanity over the Player of the Game award that Miami's Best Pizza gave out after a game that Miami lost.
I think there’s a difference is all.Yes. Awards ceremony is annual. Wasnt the point but I give up. This is acceptable to most of yall.
