The son of former NFL and Miami (Fla.) standout Clinton Portis, the three-star defensive back out of North Carolina is well on his way to making a name for himself. Best described as an "efficient mover", Portis' combination of patience, suddenness and short area change of direction are very well suited as a man-to-man defender. Although the physical traits pop, Portis' coverage instincts and ability to play the ball in the air are areas of his game that are well beyond his peers.

my high school is in the same conference as Myers park and I remember getting absolutely rocked by a dude who ended up at UNC and everyone gasping lmao.

Wasn't he @ UM only for one year because his former college Long Beach State(?) disbanded the program?
