This is a terrible take. I hate that Cam went to a small market team that has to penny pinch. He has never been good and gets merit for being on New England Pats, and Crimson Tide championship rosters. He has one decent year above average and is trash. Hopefully we get good personnel.

Josh Allen has been alright.
Daboll is a good coach. But they need to get him help. Their line was awful and they had the worst pass catchers in the league.

surprised at the negativity. this is one of the best hires cam could possibly have hoped for. daboll coaches his QBs hard which is exactly what cam responds to. he leaned into josh allen's aggression instead of coaching it out of him, which is exactly what you want to do with a guy like cam. he's a very good coach- just not a good *head* coach.

I am hoping Saleh and Daboll can balance out. Daboll is usually a one-year flame and then embers the following years. Not idea how much previous coaches he's had influence this.

Daboll was in the mix for the Raiders HC job. This is a pretty big hire for the Titans. Huge step up in OC from last year for Cam.

Not sure I'd want Tommy DeVito or the NYG versions of Daniel Jones and Russell Wilson on my resume. The work he did with them should be why he got fired, not hired.
