Best offense the school will likely ever see and you got people saying our QB was playing hero ball and our OC doesn’t know how to dial up a run playThe Mario rehabilitation school for talented QBs.
Aint it funny man here was telling that we cant get QB's because of Mario's obsession with Bro style offense?
Now QB's come here to up their stock.
I know its Dawson but Mario hired him
Minimum imo.. Cam got no help today.Anyone know what the total number of drops were for Titans? Had to be 5-6 right?
It's crazy when u think about it. What's also underrated was we had #31 offense with TVD throwing picks for fun and locking on to players. Every single OC can be criticized for something. I'm not gonna take Dawson for granted. He cooked ND defense so bad with a true FR, they started putting their 1st round projected CB on him and then went to zone coverage when they are a heavy man team. And thats after grabbing and holding all game and getting away with it.Best offense the school will likely ever see and you got people saying our QB was playing hero ball and our OC doesn’t know how to dial up a run play
And we have Lance, Roman and Hayes breaking down games for free so this fan base should know ball better than most.Best offense the school will likely ever see and you got people saying our QB was playing hero ball and our OC doesn’t know how to dial up a run play
cam currently getting exposed, that holding ball too long and scrambling not working in the league
if cam took the easy throws he's a heisman winner and the canes are in the playoffs instead he ran around took bad sacks throw pick 6's cross body cross field int's.
He didn’t do any of that **** in Miami’s two losses. You ******* people who want to blame Ward for the two losses last year are unbearable. Wasn’t Miami up 21 against Cuse? How’d the defense do that game?if cam took the easy throws he's a heisman winner and the canes are in the playoffs instead he ran around took bad sacks throw pick 6's cross body cross field int's.

Not to mention the comebacks with mutable quick scores that Cam had. I do not feel like this offense has the same quick score yet. Wish we had this years defense last year. Last years defense kept Cam off the field. It almost seemed like Cam would drive the team down the field and score with every position. Third and fifteen, no problem. The narratives people make in their head are ******* insane. They make it seem like dude avoided the check down every play hunting for big play. Or they HAVE TO knock the prior guy to compliment the new guy who has a different type of game.
Cam was 26 of 35 for 385 yards 74% with 3 TDs and 1 pick in the swamp. 20 for 26 for 304 yards 77% with 3 tds no picks against Famu in first two games.
WTF are we even talking about here.
Cam made so many extraordinary plays that we needed that people think he didn’t take checkdowns or “what the defense” gave him lol…But as always they will learn the hard wayIt wasn't due to wording.
You said, "it's obvious how many yards he left on the field via the easy dump off ..."
The whole point of making this thread & writing that statement was to give a backhanded "compliment".
After the first 2 games, Cam had 689yds. So what exactly do you mean its obvious many yards he left on the field via easy dump off???
The thread went left, because it was another failed attempt at trying to take a shot at Cam because people programmed themselves into thinking that checking the ball down is somehow some kinda great QB trait.
5 pretty blatant drops.Anyone know what the total number of drops were for Titans? Had to be 5-6 right?
That’s not how a QB reads a progression. That’s how you read one in MaddenOn that throw if you watch you'll see Marion wide open on a crosser that would have been the better throw. It was a great throw and catch though.
Keeps his eyes downfield with that nice shuffle he uses. No wasted effort.I don't know if he's better than Ward. They're completely different players. But a couple things I have been impressed with so far are his ability to evade pressure at the last second while still making accurate throws and his ability to manipulate defenses with his eyes. He's not just scanning the field...he intentionally looks off safeties before coming back to the other side of the field to his receiver like an NFL QB. Did it beautifully on one of the throws to Daniels yesterday.
