Phil is a pretty good OC. If he can help TVD see the field better and process the game faster, he should do just fine.

Only way you can help TVD is to speed up his process on their first read. Anything after is going to be rare, IMO. I think he can do that, but its not like Mordecai was cooking there and they are similar QBs.

If the coach is competent, which I believe, that won't happen.

TVD will throw 10 plus picks, unless they do dink and dunk like UF. If they asking him to rip it they in trouble pause.
