Guys,

While Cam Ward is and always will be a favorite of mine, I do believe that he may have gotten into the bad habit (especially in the NFL) of holding the ball too long. Miami's great offensive line last year helped cover up this wart in this game because our OL last year was exceptional for a college team in providing pass protection. Now that he is on a team with a putrid offensive line (yes, this problem does exist for franchises other than the Dolphins), Cam's instincts regarding skipping his 1st read for the potential HR shot is hurting him (think Cam at WSU). Any thoughts or opinions?

There were no investments made in the offense with expectations to win. Name one person from that starting offense that would start anywhere else besides Chicago. It's not even my favorite team but as a local, the lack of personnel acquisitions for a 1st overall pick QB is maddening. Calvin Ridley is also leading the league in drops. In-*******-sanity bro.

It's usually not good when your HC who was hired due to being a good OC (never called plays) is so terrible he has to give up play calling. Cam is in a terrible offense on a terrible team and he's going to struggle this year. Ridley had 8 catches and 8 drops. That's the guy whos supposed to bail Cam out this year. Garbage. Titan fans want him cut.

1000%. And the coach doubles down on giving him reps. His seat needs to be lava.

These seasons break a lot of new QBs mentally

He’s the type of dude that it makes him get better

Literally built different. When he said his motivation is the child version of himself and he took his inspiration from his dad…zero concerns about his future if he stays healthy

I've watched all his games so far and feel he has played well. His OL and WR are absolutely terrible. Has he held the ball a bit too long sometimes and made a bad decision here or there, sure, but a lot less than most QBs with terrible OLs and WR.

He’s got a horrible head coach and OC. Horrible line and receivers who have the drops. And no run game to bail him out. He’s throwing a butter fingers Calvin Ridley, van jefferson and the Stanford kid. He needs help bad. They need to be really active in free agency getting him line help and then draft some receivers and tight end

I watch that 1 game against Denver and there were a bunch of drops by the receivers

As of yesterday his head coach has handed play calling duties off to the QB. Coach - Bo Hardegree. The OL stinks- half the starters are already hurt. The WR- Ridley included- can’t catch and don’t get separation. The young guys are the best players on offense- Ayomanor, ****, Helm the TE.

Honestly, giving Restrepo a shot cannot be worse than

bad tendencies that are still lingering from college, but not going to affect this year too much given the current state of the Titans

Obviously a little biased but why wouldn’t the coaches give Cam his security blanket in X - especially since they’re struggling so much.
