Cam Ward needs to demand a trade from that trash organization

Sadly I knew Cam was in trouble the instant they drafted Tate in first round. The most shocking thing to me is how Nashville media absolutely hates him. Never seen a young qb get the type of questions he gets compared to other young qb's who struggled early like bryce young, lawrence, or baker.

Because it’s not Cam. The o-line is horrendous, the roster in general is horrendous. They hired an even worse coach and coaching staff. They refuse to fix the o-line which has been an issue. Bad front office that doesn’t know how to manage a football team. They almost make the dolphins management look elite. If that’s possible

first you need to have more than on QB success story to be called a QB whisper (ex Reid/McVay, Shanhan). Also he was Allen's original OC so it's not like someone else had a chance to coach Allen and sucked at it. He got the first crack at Allen and it wasn't until their 3 season together that Allen really made that leap. So that means you're going to be just as patient with Cam right? Or does cam have to instantly show success with this "QB whisperer"?

He’s done better than a lot of qbs at this point, who never got the hate he is getting. Most of these players were in a better situation.

This guy forgot to mention that Josh Allan had 19 tds and 19 ints. A worse qb rating than Cam through the same amount of games that cam has played so far. Under this OC.
 
Team has no vertical organization...poor ownership...and lol Bob Salah at HC with Brian Daboll as his playcaller.

Couldn't be in a worse situation outside of Cleveland.

genius, Josh Allen showed progress every year. EXACTLY what I said Cam needs to do. Next year is year 3 for cam . Every year a qb needs to show improvement for the fans and team to believe in them

you can think whatever you what but factual statistical data shows that statistically Cam has been better than Allen was through their first 18 games. Even though Allen had the "QB whisper" since the very first time he stepped on a NFL practice field and Cam has had your "QB Whisperer" for 9 months. Soooo I ask again are you going to give Cam the same grace you gave Allen because it doesn't seem like you are. Cam has played one game with your "QB whisperer" and Allen had 18 but you felt he was showing promise while saying this about Cam after 18 games

And the fact remains:Cam needs to progress or he won’t be given the time to develop. Fans are already turning on him. And coaches aren’t far behind.As a Titans fan, I’m rooting for Cam but I see the same issue he had at Miami: holding on to the ball too long, refusing the check down and poor decision making because he has a strong arm. I haven’t even mentioned his footwork.

U saying captain obvious stuff. Ppl know the pecking order of OSU wr core last yr ,but what gives carnell Tate the moniker of "arguably the best in the draft". He showed you top 4 value through his time at OSU?
