How is Carnell Tate arguably the best in the draft when he wasnt the best on his own team at OSU?

Sadly I knew Cam was in trouble the instant they drafted Tate in first round. The most shocking thing to me is how Nashville media absolutely hates him. Never seen a young qb get the type of questions he gets compared to other young qb's who struggled early like bryce young, lawrence, or baker.
