You basically can vote up to 2 times on each device (laptop, iPad, iPhone, Android) you own... here's how:

Use Google Chrome to vote:
1. Vote in your normal browser view
2. Click the "three dots" next to the star... select "new incognito window"... vote in this view

You are also able to vote multiple times on each of your mobile devices... iPad, iPhone, Android... Be sure to use the "incognito window" hack for on your other mobile devices.
