Cal 10:30pm

This is going to test the maturity of this team, playing a game at 10:30 for their normal circadian rhythms that will end around 2am. That’s not adapting to the time change, this is a terrible start time.
Bunch of mopes in here… gives the team another few hours to adapt to the long trip across the country y’all been fearing…

The decision to kick this game at 1030 is horse****.

What possible reasons could make this sound like a good idea.

1. Maybe a hyped Mami carries bigger numbers in the late timeslot, I get it that no one is gonna watch VT @ Stanford but people are going to want to see Cam Ward and the Miami offense.

2. Maybe the late AF kick ***** with Miami and they literally come out sleepwalking and lose. Which does nothing for the ACC except crater it

The slate is dookie that week. Literally the only other game that really looks to be decent in the SEC is at Noon and you got Clemson FSU which will be over after the 1st Quarter. I would have scheduled them at the same time that way when FSU ***** the bed you can get most of that viewership to flip over to Miami Cal to get some common opponent comparisons. Once FSU Clem goes south everyone is going to flip away from ACC matchups to other top 25 games.

Why place the game that is likely to garner the most national interest that week in the worst possible timeslot?

I’m not thrilled with the start time either, but it sounds a lot like we are building in excuses…

Good thing for us Cam, Cam, Meesh and Martinez all played on the west coast before …

They don't want to put us in prime time because that's where the Clemson-FSU game is going.

Looks like with the time difference and cross country travel they want the canes to be off their schedule and tired come game time.
