Cal 10:30pm

I'm not a happy camper, I have tickets to take my grandkids and now I don't know if they can make a night game especially since they live an hour to an hour and a half from Berkeley. I thought there was no way that they would make this an evening game.
In a similar situation.

Works for me since I'm leaving my job around that time lol but still weird.

An alternative interpretation is this is a great opportunity for west coast recruits, Heisman voters and AP/coach team ranking voters to actually see the Canes at prime time in their own time zone.

Bunch of mopes in here… gives the team another few hours to adapt to the long trip across the country y’all been fearing…

Softest fan base in the world
I updated it for you.

ESPN is choosing to show us here. They have a slot to fill. They have the broadcast rights. we’ll draw eyes for a hate watch. They know this. It would get more eyes than any of their alternatives.

If Cal would have beat FSU we would have been the same time slot as this past week. Cal wants the game to be a primetie kick for them

The ACC is intentionally trying to tank Miami's TV ratings to keep us from joining the Big 10.
Sure feels that way. But there are no 330pm or 7/8pm slots on main channels except for Clemson/FSU on ABC/ESPN. I'm not sure our Miami/Cal game has the interest to replace FSU/Clemson .. but it's at least debatable

Strictly from a travel point of view for the team... it is not bad. Extra time to get into game mode.
Hopefully it is a snoozer by half time... not like UCF.
