You know I even said if we hired Saban he would lose off the rip. The roster was cheeks but a lot of fans didn’t think so cause they homers.

He’s got to win. There’s no excuses. He’s built the roster tremendously for the most part and if he can’t get 10 wins this year with this schedule and these players he brought in and these coaches he brought in then what?

oh yea for sure they would have kneeled but they would have lost is my point though. This year should be a good year I believe he sped up the process and everything lined up for him.

No excuses. Mario owns the QB room and this is a joke schedule. 10 wins or I promise you that **** will rain down on people defending it in here and it will be coming from some of the all time best CIS posters who don’t ordinarily attack people.

Y'all keep chirping about 10 wins. Who the **** are the 2 teams they're losing too? Maaaaaaaybeeee Louis-ville? The girls school and VT are home games. I seeeeeee 11 wins minimum with this roster!!!

Nope. It’s his roster, his backups, his coaches. He has a top two roster in the ACC given his stellar recruiting and he’s got strong NIL backing. Ten wins is a minimum, Ward or no Ward.

But we’re seeing it now, some of you guys - I can count 4 offhand - are trying to start to lay the groundwork for covering for him if we lose and it’s not going to be accepted docilely. Posters you are cool with and respect will call it out. They’ve told me. And I’ll be with them. It’s enough already. He’s got to win regardless. Part of his job - **** , the purpose to begin with, is success on the field. Times up.

Got to disagree with u my boy, you can say no but thats your stance. Mine can change with a major injury like that, but you are right big things are expected and thats the reality of it.

Saban, without the portal, took a team that was a perennial loser fresh off probation to 12 wins and a SECCG appearance in year two. Got those loser players (with no portal and 2 full recruiting classes) a ring in year 3.

He beat Clemson last season with Emory. He’s got Emory with an additional year plus Poff, a better roster, a weaker schedule… beyond you, there’s people laying the excuses groundwork on here without regards to injuries. Just covering for him in advance. That won’t fly
