C. Michigan - are we taking them seriously?

I up to seeing some fans with a mcshark****er poster in the stands of the guy that looks like him on that shark..

We are their super bowl. That’s what every team thinks when we are on their schedule. Their season could be 1-whatever but if that 1 is beating the Canes then their season is made

I'm so tired of this bs line. We aren't anybody's super bowl. The players on CMU were in pampers the last time Miami was relevant. It would be the same for them if they were playing Wake Forest or Cal. A run of the mill, take the money and run, P5 opponent.

Regardless, we should win by 40. They are half a step up from Bethune.

I think Central Michigan > Bethune-Cookman but it should still be a similar blowout score with lots of garbage time reps for our bench. I am expecting an even better game as Manny/Enos/Baker work hard to tighten things up before we start our stretch of ACC games.

Stats I would like to see for CM:

- Less than 45 yards in total penalties.
- Continue the streak of no turnovers.
- Baxa making every field goal.
- See some forced and recovered turnovers!~
- No sacks.
- Jeff Thomas; 7 catches 125+ yards.
- DeeJay Dallas; 150+ yards on 14 carries. (Gets his average above 10 yards per)

Don't care about the opponent--Improve every week. Get the win and move on to the next.

CMU is better than Bethune. I still am 95% sure we’ll win (would be 99.9% sure if Manny wasn’t coach).

Winning is a certainty.

We need to control how we win.

Disciplined, mistake free football where the O-line continues to get reps, the DBs gain more experience and Jarren keeps his momentum going are what I’ll be looking for.

And some signs of life from Bubba of course.

They're better than Bethune but we should still win. However, if you dont take ANYONE seriously they will beat you. Manny doesnt strike me as a coach that would take a week off. Didnt look like it this week agasint a worse team

Manny should be gone after this year unless we dramatically improve.

Actually, he shouldn't have been hired in the first place.
You know how I know you don't know anything about football? Give me the last time a non-interim head coach was involuntarily dismissed by a school at the end of his first season.

Southern Miss fired a coach after he went 0-12 in 2012.

In the NFL, Cam Cameron, Rob Chudzinski and Chip Kelly have all been fired after one year.
