He told an interesting story about Ed Reed being a very under recruited kid coming out of high school. He then kept reiterating how excited he was to be at FIU but Joe Rose had to unexpectedly cut to a break as Butch started sobbing uncontrollably.
 
that guy believes as much in FIU as I do in santa claus, he sounds like he's denying the Browns job selling FIU

The dude's a sick evaluator of talent and there are things besides star ratings that he looks at. Maybe he went into that? His 2 and 3 stars will beat most other small programs 2 and 3 stars as he develops his program and anyone can learn from it.

Yup like when his 2 and 3 stars from unc won the acc year after year.. I wonder how guys like Marvin austin were able to stay eligible. . Hummm

He did great at the U. I think he's in a great place location-wise to compete against other lower tier teams. I'm thinking about guys that might go to Marshall or Appy State or similar schools staying home. Anyhow, time will tell.
