Butch leaves 1st vs our 7th string

You're **** right.

Say what you wnt, but we LOST the second half. UNACCEPTABLE.

It's one thing if it happened against an ACC opponent, but FIU ?

Complete joke of a performance and the fanbase has every right to be upset - regardless of how many backups played.

Good for Butch. Hopefully, he opened Richt's eye a bit, enough if this nice guy ****. Pound each and every team into the dirt, step on their throats and squeeze the life out of them every single chance you get.

A coach like Meyer would have ran it up to 80 today. Say what you want, but he's a ruthless dude, and we need that.

Oh bullshyte. We lost the last 6 minutes with two's, three's and walk-ons. Miami kept them in to the end. You want to see if the kids can make plays in some type of crunch time situation. Not some simulated game. Quite frankly we learned quite a bit and will benefit as the season progresses.

We should played our starters the full game. Get no experience for the freshman. Hopefully, no one gets hurt.

Fans can whine all the want, but try not to let your self esteem connect to your football team.

And, Meyer ran up 42-6 halftime on Tulane. Pulled the starters and scored one TD to finish 49-6.
Don’t forget we play UNC Thursday night.

So let's risk an injury to a starter or wear them out when we have a game on Thursday. This is the kind of game you want to get the young guys experience. You don't have to worry about losing their eligibility by playing them in a few games and they get game experience in the event you need one to step up down the road due to injury.

You know who else played young guys? The guy on the other sideline. He was criticized back in 2000 for doing that and not running up the score, while FSU was running it on other people.

why do you guys say this "nice guy" stuff? richt went for it on 4th down. no one who knows this man thinks he soft. i got news for you, im love butch but he rarely blew teams out by crazy scores. How can any coach who lets his team use a turnover chain and white board be soft?

Man we literally open ACC play in 5 days, so i get why the coaches played alot of the young guys. Side-note hopefully richt will tell ol boy Manny to chill on them **** exotic blitzes where he sending players from trailerhasse to cover ground in south beach!

Blah blah blah...

Step on their throat. Never let a squad like that be within a few scores at the end of the game. Simple stuff.

The only rebuttals that makes sense is experience for the backups, and keeping our starters healthy for ACC play.

Oh, I agree with you. I dislike the fact that FIU beat us in the second, regardless if our backups were in.

We did “step on their throat.” The game was over by half time.

Facts.

But, we got beat in the second half, and that bothers me.

Truth is, I am in n position to do anything about it - other than voice my dislike of it. FIU should never be within 14 of Miami to close a game. This is my opinion, take it or leave it, lol.
