**** Butch Jones is Next to be fired Tonight or Tommorrow!

Why is this in the recruiting section? Let's not legitimize these clowns as a real South Florida threat. Btw, Ol' Clay Travis is disputing that Jones is being fired as Jones is still scheduled to handle his weekly press conference today- whatever that's worth.

I think Auburn, Tennessee, TAM, Nebraska, UCLA, Arkansas will all come open this year. Ufag will have plenty of competition for head coaches.

I keep hearing the talking heads mentioning Auburn as possibly opening up.
I don't get this one.
Isn't Malzahn doing a good job there?

If they finish 8-4 this year I don't know how he will have any support left among the fan base, esp. ones with inferiority complex such as Auburn fans. I think he has to beat Alabama this year at minimum to keep his job and that will be a tall task.

Yeah, heard similar on that goodball Sirius College Football show with that chick who is an Auburn grad.
She claims Malzahn is not safe if he doesn't beat one of UGA or Alabama.
Auburn fans are out of their mind if this is true.
He's done a pretty good job this season.
Some good coaches on his staff too.

I hope he beats both of them. Though I am hoping they both have loses each week here on out so it isn't really about Auburn to me.

Too many loses to their chief rivals in the SEC.

The fans would probably be ok if Gus could split with Bama, UGA, and LSU. But if he loses to UGA and Bama to end this season, that’s 0-3 for 2017 and 1-8 over the past 3 seasons ... With that one win requiring a play review to overturn a call to end the game against LSU, or that would have been a loss.

Pretty much what MIA said. Since going 2-0 vs UGA and Bama in his first season (which included two of the greatest endings in CFB history), he's went 0-6 since. If he loses to both this year, that's 0-8 over the last 4 years. He's also 1-3 in bowl games. He does stupid stuff like saying he went conservative against LSU in the second half because he didn't think LSU would be able to score that many points on the defense (halftime score was 23-14). Or be so predictable that you run the ball on first down 17 consecutive times (that's not a typo). He's on thin ice BIGTIME. The AD is pretty much out the door already.
