Not for nothing, because it won’t happen, but Manny would be smart to make Butch the highest paid assistant in football by far, make him DC, AHC, and recruiting coordinator, and ask him to spend 3 years teaching manny all he knows about reecruiting, evals, and coaching. It would be worth a fortune to Manny himself to do it. Butch makes under a mil today. Raise him a lot. It will help ensure Manny succeeds and makes it to the high pay level over time.
