The college team i put together won a championship the year after i left when they essentially coached themselves. I left because i clearly have no idea how to make solid career choices. Using elementary cutdowns is one of the quickest ways to let the board know that your'e uneducated and simple minded. If you have something of substance to contribute i'd love to hear it.
