He wore 82Ahmmon Richards, former receiver whose career was cut short here. I personally believe he had a chance to be our best receiver ever from a talent standpoint. He had it all.

I'm not going down that rabbit hole...got bit by a bad muthalovah last time.Based on 2023 roster with the portal adds
2023 season
Miami Ohio - W lay up
Temple - W lay up
GT - W
Virginia - W
BC - W lay up
5 guaranteed wins imo
With the best acc ol and solid but not great D due to secondary depth we should beat PITT, unc and Louisville
Hope for the best but I think the board will be positive post spring game
fsu, aTm, Clemson
I’m not chalking up any game as a layup or guaranteed win. Should we win those games? Yeah. We should have won at least 5 of the 7 games we lost last year too but then the actual season startedBased on 2023 roster with the portal adds

1 read QB, lol. You clowns are not bright. look that highlight film the ACC put out on him, plenty of times he is reading more than 1 receiver. In most play calls the reads are based on reading a defender and the routes are high-low or middle of the field crosses where the head does not need to move. Last I check I can move my eyes without moving my head much.Quick answer he won't. We need a qb I seen enough
He a stare down one guy qb and inaccurate and u better have a master play caller to help those types. And we do not have that or an x wr.
More talented than Yatil Green (pre-injuries) or Irvin??....Lol....No....Ahmmon Richards, former receiver whose career was cut short here. I personally believe he had a chance to be our best receiver ever from a talent standpoint. He had it all.
It’s just excuses to defend the terrible job by the coaching staff. The default is to blame every player, even guys who have proven to be good under prior coaches. Tyler was one of the country’s best quarterbacks in 2021 and we’re supposed to believe he just forgot how to play.1 read QB, lol. CUT THE BULL CRAP WITH THIS. If he sucked we would not have done what he did in 2021.
1 read QBs do quite well all over CFB bc its heavily steered towards scheme for success. it doesnt matter if hes a 0 read QB or 1 read or 8 read (which we debunked in season that hes not a 1 read QB in numerous threads), if the scheme is good, he will succeed. It’s just excuses to defend the terrible job by the coaching staff. TVD wasn’t the problem this year. That scheme was dog **** and didn’t fit any of our QB’s. Did he struggle and have some bad games absolutely but have to believe the year looks different with a scheme closer to what Lashlee ran.

Robby Washington and Nathaniel Joseph can both take the top off a defense. Robby has that dog in him and enough height at 5’ 10 to be an quality outside receiver.
nothing is a layup until we see what the staff looks like next year.I'm not going down that rabbit hole...got bit by a bad muthalovah last time.
Could be 4-8...Could be 8-4....time will tell.

Most pass plays have a single pre snap read (mostly just safety alignment) and then one or two post snap (and a check down). People have this idea that on every pass play a quarterback is going through these long 4 option progressions when that sort of thing almost never happens in college football. It happens less and less in pro football now too because teams have realized that asking your line to protect for 3-4 seconds is a recipe for disaster. Everything is about getting the ball out quickly and decisively.1 read QBs do quite well all over CFB bc its heavily steered towards scheme for success. it doesnt matter if hes a 0 read QB or 1 read or 8 read (which we debunked in season that hes not a 1 read QB in numerous threads), if the scheme is good, he will succeed.
“Stare down one guy”He didn’t say one read![]()
this truth makes me sadIf by some miracle, the offensive line becomes one of the best in the nation next year, TVD’s numbers will still be pedestrian. The passing game is designed for game manager type quarterbacks. Very few throws to the outside. Everything is an underneath route for a slot receiver or a dump off to a back or tight end. Look at Michigan’s passing offenses under Gattis. Even in 2021, with the best line in the nation, Michigan’s quarterback only averaged around 220 yards per game and had 15 touchdown passes in 14 games.
Then the second reads a disaster1 read QB, lol. You clowns are not bright. look that highlight film the ACC put out on him, plenty of times he is reading more than 1 receiver.
