Miami isn’t going to let money be the deciding factor against him picking us. This is going to come down to if Wright and his family trust what Coach Mario is building at Miami over Ohio states already solidified WR reputation. Just like with Jeremiah Smith.

We all have money. Both schools win games on the field. We won the recent head to head. One more strong year, ACC champs + deep playoff run makes us hard to deny for BW. The only edge they will have is recent wr draft success which is significant but otherwise we have a lot on our side compared to Jeremiah's recruitment. I like our chances.

Just like with DJ Jacobs. The staff will go as hard as possible to get these type of players. Mario is not trying to win, he is trying to dominate. He played on teams where he dominated, where other teams quaked in their boots pre game. He wants dominance. You do it by stacking as many players of elite caliber, at every position.

Me personally im skeptical of this kid and will believe it when i see it but beating Ohio in the playoffs, went a long way to quelling alot of doubts and narratives that has been used against us for decades.

Also i keep saying our offense will be much more explosive and dynamic than last seasons, much closer to the one we had with Ward but maybe even more deep balls. 🐾🐾🐾

I hope he keeps that dominate mindset during the season as we stomp on teams NO PUTTING THE FOOT OFF THE GAS💯 This 2026 offense could top 45-50 points per game

Big time…. Not to take this thread into another JS derailment but kid didn’t believe we could complete with OSU anymore and left

Us beating them the way we did showed we are back and not going anywhere… people always asking where is the win and they’ll come? Well stringing 10 win seasons, 1st round picks, and a natty run is proof in the pudding that we are the school you can’t over look anymore

I think a lot of that was the lack of total confidence in Beck. It changed when we had our backs against the wall and had no choice but to go for the blowout every game to win over the committee.
But some of the stomping on people is running the ball right down their throat, so don't be frustrated if we get up on teams and do that. We have the RB room and OL to maul teams on the ground, and we will still try to do that for sure.

The best part is OSU is about to get Jett Harrison. I am still a bit skeptical but it's lining up well for us here. Mali and his development is so huge. People bringing up Jacobs but we haven't gotten Jacobs and we supposedly were leading for a long time. I am not intending to be a debbie downer in this thread, I just kinda can't believe we getting 1, 2, and 3; somewhere you'd think there'd be a limit financially? But hey maybe Mario has other ideas lol

I don’t think people will complain if we get up big. By bombing on them and gashing them in the run game. Then just dominate them with waves of RB’s. Gotta throw a couple hitches, outs, curls and a couple go routes in there. To keep the receivers happy. Nobody wants to run block all 4th quarter😫😫.

This has nothing to do with money what so ever. If he don't come to us it will be his father NOT money at all.
