Can confirm he is/was frequently at the wellness center playing pickup especially during the summer.

If there was any doubt that this team/program is cursed, then that doubt can be erased because this is a blessing in disguise. He needed to redshirt anyway.

I'm with Rok on this one, if he stays focused and does the rehab/work/study properly. If all goes well, he'll be back next year with a big chip on his shoulder.

How do we have only 66 scholarship players? Our probation entailed only 3 players a year for 3 years, right? I guess we must have self imposed scollies before the NCAA came down on us and couldn't make them up?

Because Miami didn't foster an environment that led to boys getting molested in the football facilities, because you know they already have their scholarships back.

76 players currently on scholarship by my count but 80% of them have some type of knee injury.

Seems weird to me as well. I am pretty sure Al Golden, to his credit, limited scholarships so when the NCAA hit we could say, "Already done that." Not sure why we are still talking about limited scholarships, when we self sanctioned those 4 years ago.

Probably because of transfers and the way we throw guys off the team for being too savage.

Really sucks for Bruce, but I'm a bit thankful it wasn't Coley, Berrios, or Richards.

I'm going to guess sprained ankle. They said it isn't serious and sprained ankles are very common when playing basketball.

Where I went to school football guys always played basketball, but not during the **** season.

Yeah I got one playing basketball at la fitness. I thought I had broke it but nope it will take a minute to heal though

Who said it isn't serious?

If it's basketball, chances are it's torn ligaments in the ankle.

Seriously though why is he playing pick up basketball in the middle of the season??

Ya seriously. You never hear of basketball players getting hurt during the season playing flag football. This kid needs a redshirt year to finally realize he's not in high school any longer.
