I love this fear that Richt is just going to win 10 games a season and the occassional Coastal and ACC title but then stop advancing. Don't you think MAYBE our recruiting commits would improve after those kinds of seasons??

Jimmy Johnson went 0-10 against Oklahoma and Nebraska. How'd he do against those schools while at Miami? Georgia, while a nice school with a good program, is NOT UM. Miami can be GREAT with a good coach.

Using Jimmy at Oklahoma state is a poor example. Oklahoma state was not a Powerhouse program. Georgia was. It is foolish to think that Mark richt did not under achieve at Georgia.

I'm willing to give Mark richt a fair opportunity to improve.

Mike Bobo was pretty good though. Hiring Brian Schottenheimer was a disaster. I will say though if Richt can revive those early UGA years when he was calling plays it could special.

LSU who was supposedly the second best team has slipped. Auburn is a joke under Malzahn. Kentucky, Vandy, MissSt, Arkansas, SC, TexAm are bums. Tennessee has been ok. Florida aswell.

i was hard on richt until i found out the AD was micro managing him and his staff and forcing him to basically fundraise instead of call plays. he won 10 games a year at a school that wasnt good except for Walker's time there.
