When you look across our two deep & see guys in there playing in front of guys who have WAY MORE TALENT, you start to see tension in the locker room.
*How many drops from Cager before Pope gets PT?
*How many times does Homer have to get run down before Lingard gets PT?
*How many times does Dallas have games of 3 YPC before Davis gets carries?
*How IN THE F%CK does Knowles play before G. Hall EVER ?!?!
*How does Nesta never get PT?

......and just goes on & on !!!!!!

I can tell you right now we don’t have any BAD kids that are disruptions, what we have are kids that are yes men until things don’t work and at that point voice frustration and concern and that’s labeled cancerous. Having certain players held and coddled while being screamed at for mistakes you make your fault or not.

Sounds like a pretty ****** playing/working environment

We are now in the Dorito Golden territory where the coaches have made it apparent to everyone they are in over their heads— their answer is to blame the players and assure us they just aren’t executing.

So yall mad at Coach Brown for keeping it real???

He’s keeping it real from his point of view accepting only his decision and view point. Keeping it real is to stop babying Malik and not holding him accountable for his play just because he’s a yes man

Regarding criticism of UM’s play-calling, offensive coordinator/RB coach Thomas Brown echoed Mark Richt after Tuesday's practice, saying execution was to blame rather than the plays themselves.

“I don’t really care about that, people complain about everything, especially when things aren’t going well,” Brown said. “If we call the same plays and we execute, have 35 points a game, no one would say a word about stuff we’re calling. The biggest thing from a play calling standpoint is our guys executing it - like I said last week it may be an issue of playing the wrong guys, playing too many guys. And if we get to the point we actually line up and execute our offense and we get beat, we can talk about checking the play calls. You look around the country, see guys do a bunch of different stuff. Most of what we do is comparable to other people. We believe in what we do, it’s worked for us in the past, worked for us here at Miami already this season. If we coach our guys up and execute it, we’ll be fine.”

Responding to the losses that are beginning to mount and possibly losing the team, Brown said that there are too many guys on the roster that haven't bought into the program, and are not all for the team.

“I told the offense after we got done with practice today there should be two groups of guys on this team - the small group of guys that lead and the rest that follow,” Brown said. “And right now we have too many third party guys who are not leaders and not following. We either need to get rid of those guys or get them on board to help this whole team.”

So, if you’re not a leader or a follower, what does the third party consist of?

“You’re a cancer is what you are,” he said. “So not a good thing... Cancer in the body spreads, takes over everything. So one is enough. I’m not trying to call out individual guys. There’s only two categories you fit in: part of the guys who are leading this team or a guy that’s following. There’s not room for anyone else.”

Although Brown feels the team has more cancers than acceptable, he does believe there are plenty of leaders as well.

"We have more than enough guys that are leaders," Brown said. “We have to learn from the mistakes that we made, move on and don’t turn two losses into three.”

Despite three losses and the Canes now a longshot to win the Coastal division, Brown says the year is not lost.

“The season is not over… lots to play for," Brown said. "Guys are as frustrated as we are, we have to find ways to fix it. The bottom line is we have to play better.”

How did practice go today?

"Practice was not terrible, but there is a standard that we have that we're not living up to," Brown said. "Our guys, young guys in particular, have to understand you can't take reps off."

Here is my response to you Coach Brown:

Your play calling, your QB coach and your OL coach are the cancer, not us complaining about it. Your are not scoring 35 points a game against any power 5 school because NC doesn't count remember that the defense was the one that score half of the points and bail your rear end in that game. By the way last year was the same story you came out flat against most power 5 schools but the difference between last year and this year is that somehow at the end someone made a play to once again bail your rear end remember georgia tech or Florida state.

Finally lack of recruiting the proper player at QB and offensive line is also your cancer. Rosier is not the problem, is your QB coach which should had already recruited someone more capable of running your pop warner playbook. Please don't tell me about how it takes time to recruit your players and the other bs because you were doing a **** of a lot better with Golden players than with your new recruits. The difference is not the players but your play calling is so simple that every defense in the country knows what you are going to call. It is call lack of imagination.

Duke smells the blood in the water , especially on our home turf. If something goes wrong I mean anything at all goes south on our first drive we are finished we're very fragile mentally right now .

I really never ever would have thought I'd be saying things like this about our team , oh my

What???

You could see we were mentally fragile in the first game of the year, in the first quarter of the season, after giving up a long TD run to LSU, and were down only 7 - 3, we folded the tent and it was over by half time.

If Brown “kept it real” he’d say “I’m woefully under qualified for this position, and my senile former coach and I have no idea what on earth we are doing.”

This offense is loaded with talent and has about 7 plays in its book and looks like crap. Can’t wait for this punk to get the **** out of here. Offensive players should beat him with a bag of soap bars tonight.

Get this fvcker off the team. Overpaid and overrated recruiter. Terrible corch. Unfortunately he won't go unless Mork goes. The ultimate yes man for Mork

Richts gonna have to give up some blood from his offensive staff this offseason....

Brown/Jon need to get the can to appease the masses for the playbook debacle..

And for the record Searles is getting the can for sure no questions askd

He said it's worked this year? A. When against a defense with a pulse. B. When specifically with Rosier under center against a defense with a pulse...I'll wait.

Real talk: this guy wants to talk about scoring 35 points a game -- in the time since the Jesus Freaks arrived on campus our offense has scored 35 or more points against P5 opponents twice.

Maybe stop studying a 2000 year old book and tweeting out bible verses 10x a day and start studying modern offenses.

Is someone really tweeting out bible verses?

Honestly, is there anything about Richt and Brown that gives off the impression that they're willing to collaborate, be flexible, consider outside advice and change?

**** no, these guys in every quote come off as superior ******** to the media and think we as fans should be nothing more than in awe of their presence. I can't imagine how frustrating it must be to be a player in that locker room with coaches thinking they've got all the answers and the players should do nothing but shut up and listen.

That entire OP quote gives off an absurd mentality. Players are branded as either leaders, followers or cancers? That's toxic as fvck.
