I support everything Coach Brown is saying 100% he played the game at a high level and knows what it takes... if you’re a soft shouldered cry baby get the fck off the team 🗣
What about if you are younger and more talented then the older guy in front of you who sucks and is underperforming? You should be happy sitting on the bench? Sounds really dumb cause if the Cam situation didn’t open your eyes about this staff not playing the best players and watching Cager drop ball after ball and Richt saying himself I’m not playing younger guys over more deserving older classman then you don’t realize how inept this staff is.

Or maybe some of the young entitled kids don't get what it's all about and that you have to EARN your sh-t, regardless of "talent" that is determined at high school.

“We have to do a good job as coaches of bringing in guys that are talented enough for this program but also love Miami and are tough individuals. "

Like the offensive line the last several years?

You are sadly mistaken, you began to witness more of the o-linemen they brought with that mentality next year. The only one right now is donaldson, actually its 2, donaldson an scaife, just wait til next year, them guys stay healthy, we'll be adding campbell, gaynor and probably reed to that mix, guys are going to start getting moved and plowed out of the way. If anybody was paying attention last game, donaldson was back to being alot more physical like he was last year, and scaife had one of his better games. Now you adding in a better and more mentally focused perry, cam davis, to go along with deejay dallas and possibly homer.

Than irvin and polendey comingback with a stronger version and full offseason of s&c for brevin jordan and mallory, this thing is coming together and being built, come springball next year, which is why coach richt doesnt need to change nothing, just ride now with the system that is set in place, including coach searels, who'll be coaching for the first time a better overall o-line that has been under his tutelage and systems for at least a year, so we should start seeing more results, he already got 3 starters ready to go for next year in navaghn, scaife and gaynor, who want the other 2 spots, gaynor was smart for redshirting this year, alot of these other players should take note, its more important to get your body right than getting some measly playing time in your first year.

Most of our skill position players would have benefitted big time had they done so, less injuries. So itll be good if lingard is not pressed into duty come next year, always better to show up on the big stage at 100%. That's the luxury of having guys come in with you, they all help each other stay fresher and healthier. This year is great for us, cause alot of people are going to have no clue about how next year's team is going to look except those who've been paying attention and not emotional. The writer's wont be on the bandwagon because of our record this year, and with alot of key players graduating on defense, and 3 on offense, but gauthier, choc and louis were important. So we may not even be ranked in the top 25 depending on how we finish out this year, so its a perfect situation for us going into next year.

We on the verge, especially if he stays focused now and becomes the leader on offense because he's recognized now how guys actually feed off of him. And perry quiet as kept hates losing, he's back into that mindset now, a storm is brewing folks, coach richt, just keep this train on the tracks for next year, even you'll become a believer, cause Patience is a Virtue".

Cam “earned” his spot?!?!?!

Man if a domino effect of events didn’t take place we would never have seen him this year.
Cam was 4th on the depth chart
Lingard injured, now 3rd
Dallas fumbles, now 2nd
Homer nagging injuries, FINALLY PLAYS

Without ALL of those things happening we would have never seen Cam.

He’s trying to spin some false bull**** about hard work gets you on the field which is why the young guys are so **** mad. HARD WORK DOESN’T MEAN ANYTHING TO THEM, the only way they play the young guys is if they absolutely have to.

Cam kept grinding, despite being behind other guys. He didn't go around throwing hissy fits, he kept working. A lot of great players had to wait for an opportunity. Once they received that opportunity, they took it and made the most of it. Cam has done that. Just like Willis McGahee, just like Tiger Clark, just like others have done throughout the history of this program.

Your gonna get hammered on this post.I just hope you are right but I would like us to be more creative in the offensive scheme.

Richt has surrounded himself with hardcore loyalists. Their salaries are not commensurate with their body of work. Unless ,of course, the only performance measures being used are weekly bible talk attendance and the number of times they say "yes" to Mork.

Let them try, but as far as scheme goes, we dont need all that exotic scheme and spread crap, coach richt is old school, whoop your man in front of you. This offensive system is based off of a power running game, that's why its foolish to see b.o.t.'s crying like they are in year 3, what they think, coach richt to over this program from butch davis, this thing is being built, we need a power o-line here, that's the mindset we have to have, and coach searels may not be the best o-line coach or better than or equal to coachkehoe, but he's not half as bad as its being made out to be, with basically no passing game, even during the losing streak, we did a good job a rushing the ball. People judging coach searels on hypotheticals and with limited talent,i was actually impressed that he was able to get Jahir jones(the robert OH knowles of the o-line) and hayden mahoney to actually be somewhat serviceable o-linemen.

If anybody deserves another year its him, to have to coach an o-line for over 2 years without any real offensive tackles on the team, but we still went 10 & 0 last year, and are rushing the ball pretty good this year, ilike what im seeing, do yourself a favor, not saying you are, but dont listen to the hype jobs, go and look at the V-tech game and watch the work donaldson and scaife was putting in, just watch those 2, coach searels got these boys fighting, and cam davis is being appreciated by coach searels as well.

Considering Searles has never had a good OL unit, it's fair to say he's bad. We're going into year 4 still using the talent and development excuse. Meanwhile, other schools are able to fix their OL with one hire. Also, if you haven't paid attention, even Saban has adapted his offense to the times to include new wrinkles and spread teams out more. Clemson does the same thing. The old ways of simply running I-formation between the tackles are long gone. Don't believe me because I'm just an educated fan, go listen to Dan Orlovsky when he called the GT Miami game, along with his podcast with the Orange Bowl Boys.

Some good points, where does Orlovsky coach at, can not remember the school?
