Every TE isn’t a willing blocker and he wasn’t a top blocker. According to pff if you want to use them he was 50th among TEs in run blocking. There is a reason they used mccormickEvery TE in college football is a willing blocker. He was in the top group of blockers. That was the point.
Hopefully they expand their playbook and incorporate that more as a receiving threat. They just brought in the kid from cali who is basically a big wr
Well I'm glad I can disagree with PFF whenever I want, it doesn't matter anything in regards to the point I made either. So...Every TE isn’t a willing blocker and he wasn’t a top blocker. Seems like we have been saying same thing for the past couple of years.Hopefully they expand their playbook and incorporate that more as a receiving threat.
can disagree all you want you still wrong lol. The film is out there. The data shows it. And the evaluations on him for the nflWell I'm glad I can disagree with PFF whenever I want, it doesn't matter anything in regards to the point I made either. So...![]()
What did he do that makes u think he’s a beast? He may ultimately be the next Mike Ditka but seriously what did he do exactly? A garbage time catch and run against an FCS opponent? Why do we make such declarative statements like this about guys who haven’t done or showed a **** thing? He's a beast and can be baby brock imo. Was really impressed when I saw him play
Just like Brantley is the best CB on the team? Despite Schott physical tools, he has trouble catching and I guarantee he’s not a better blocker than any of the starting TEs. Whether he wants to put in the work and develop at Miami is up to him. He's a beast and can be baby brock imo. Was really impressed when I saw him play
Yeah I agree with you.. but would have loved to see him work with the staff, I think if he stayed and had the opportunity in games, he would show outJust like Brantley is the best CB on the team? I think Mueller is taking his spot.We have two 4 star TE enrolling. Not even remotely concerned
Lofton should be moved to fb we need a vertical te like ElijahThis and lofton coming back makes sense kid wants see the field.
Thomas has the potential to be that Arroyo replacement in the passing game.If Schott enters portal, we need to go get Dorian Thomas or Foley in portal. No excuses. We can NOT enter next season with Incoming Freshman, and just Lofton and Gilbert at TE. And just getting a blocking TE type is not good enough period.
