How can every school care about football but we don’t we are literally sitting in football paradise. Great weather, Girls, Great academics, the best talent pool anywhere! This should be the easiest job in America but something deeper is going on man I’m telling you !

The top OCs are not gone. The top OCs haven’t been offered the Miami OC job.

Read an article by Manny saying the following are options. The article specifically said Richt would like them because they don't have big egos.

I thought the knock on Canada was that he did have an ego, and clashed with his previous Head Coaches?

Matt Canada is a hoe, he changes jobs at first opportunity, Miami would be another step stone on his way to somewhere else in a year or two

Hiring an OC - ANY OC - is just an act of kicking the Richt can down the curb for several more years. It's also a lazy thing to do. It allows Richt and James off the hook. And will never have the desired effect, since Richt will undermine any OC selected time after time after time. If you want to fix the program, you have to fire Richt along with his staff. But Richt is just the symptom of a broken athletic department, which is the main thing that needs to be fixed. We need a rock star AD with the free reins to manage the program without micromanagement from the chancellor or BOT. How will we pull that off?

Any offensive coordinator is better then what they have currently. Plus you can always find talent.
