I just went looking at the top offenses this year and they are gone! Lol these schools are not ******* playing... I can’t believe we let this happen like this.

There is a major problem in the athletic department **** Richt. We have deeper problems. Our whole organization is a **** show. I want firings to happen today!!!!

How can every school care about football but we don’t we are literally sitting in football paradise. Great weather, Girls, Great academics, the best talent pool anywhere! This should be the easiest job in America but something deeper is going on man I’m telling you !

Mike Holgrem's TE coach is better than our entire offensive staff.

They could easily hire an elite coach right now, but would have to ensure that the new coach has 100% control over the offense. If Richt tries to interfere, fire him for cause and keep him in court for a few years until he settles!
 
Dont waste money on a OC for one year when the recruiting momentum is shot, save teh money. MR is a dead man walking why get an OC to get fired anyway and help him keep his job when HS players dont believe in him.

Really? If Nick Saban needed an offensive coordinator, which he will at the end of the season, do you think he's going to say all of the good ones are gone or is he going to poach a good one. It's not about money... it is about effort. Great play callers are everywhere in college football and at all levels. You have to have the desire to go and get one.

Saw USF is rumored (Newburg) to potentially hire Kerwin Bell. Dude just ran the table and won the D2 title as HC at Valdosta State. All the good D1 OC prospects are gone but someone like that would come fairly cheap and would be effective. Check out the ppg this guy puts up.

Matt Canada, Jedd Fisch, Larry Fedora (unlikely) James Coley and I’m sure there are more options out there. I think Canada and Fisch would do a great job here and they run “pro style” offenses.

Christobal was on our staff for a NY minute before bolting for Bama. If we came in with a bigger offer a coach would leave if it made sense. That’s Dillingham kid and Yost would prob be intrigued. Dollinghgam would make more and hopefully call the plays bc he won’t at AUburn and then Yost would get a hefty pay raise.
 
The "****" names have all been hired for this cycle. There's still talent available in the marketplace but nothing/no one who will move the needle from a recruiting or marketing standpoint.
