Bring me Helfrich and his OL coach now..

What I’ve learned on CIS the past few days is that, no matter who Manny hires there is going to be a large portion of the fan base that whines and complains. I’ve seen some really good candidates mentioned like the Arky St OC or even Helfrich(who knows if that’s remotely possible) and multiple fans don’t want them for this dumb reason or that dumb reason.

****, there was some that didn’t want Brady(a pipe dream, I know). ****’s crazy.

I’m curious(scared) to see who some of y’all DO want..

I will do a backflip for Helfrich & Hiestand
 
I’d be good w this. I sort of want a veteran HC who was a great OC. Helfrich fits the bill.

Board has gone off the deep end lately and wont be happy unless Meyer is hired.

Most people agree on what the solution is. A new OC is only a band aid on the real problem but obviously can't blame them for trying to fix the offense. With that being said, I think most people are looking for something along the lines of:

Step 1: Restructure Athletic Department starting at the top by terminating Blake James
Step 2: Hire new competent AD (hey Danny White...you up?)
Step 3: Manny barely scrapes .500 in the first half of the season and gets fired by new AD
Step 4: New AD takes his time and does a thorough search to hire new coach that isn't an absolute doofus

All of this takes place within the next 365 days.

You know how it is, on any subject, player, coach, etc. 1/3 of CIS will love it and be called slurpers; 1/3 will hate it and be called haters; 1/3 hate everything and everyone; and the remaining 1% will just sit back and watch CIS tear itself apart. It's science.
 
Helfrich and Heistand would be home run hires. Might fck around and save Manny's job.
 
Helfrich hasnt called plays a lot.

he didn’t call plays as OC under Chip Kelly.

I think once he became Hc Scott frost called plays.

he didn’t Call plays at Chicago either, Nagy did.

Not CIS life... these miserable fakers are the same people who ruin board after board.

They themselves are perfect and can't be objective. I'm putting them on ignore... makes it easier.

I don't mind disagreement but every comment is a negative whiny ***** fest


Look at ethnic that cat whines pr cries every post... like a whiny kid

Helfrich is viewed as Oregon's version of Coker

I think we need to shoot for someone young and potentially extra special, just in case he takes over for Diaz. This program is not going to get back to a dominant era with plug and play coaches. We need to stumble upon one genius and keep him here.

I'm all in with this.
Unfortunately it will get worse before it gets better.
Can't wait till NYE 2020.
