Case Keenum looked like a future HoF there.

That's a fair point. But that's a completely different point. If we're hiring Wright, it's because we want Candle's offense. So people complaining that it's "Candle's Offense" would be like people saying they don't want a Mike Leach disciple because it's Mike Leach's offense. That would be the entire point of hiring him. You want those schooled in the ways of Leach.
Whether they have the "proper schooling" is a separate argument.
 
One thing I’m sure of, whoever ends coming will be declared the one Manny was after from the beginning, so I hope it is the hat guy.
