During the second quarter he had this look in his eyes "oh man, we are fuc***ed!"
 
His halftime interview looked awkward. Like a guy doing a job interview for a position he's not qualified for awkward... he looked broken!!

He looked skerd when they interviewed him before the game. In retrospect I should have realized we had it wrapped up 5 minutes before kickoff.

And Richt looked smug as sht at halftime. He knew his team had already won.

I thought the exact same thing.. He was sweating, nervous, stuttering. The moment was to big for him. He is a . Richt is just a bad ***.

This is actually not good for us.

The Domers Have folded up like a Three Card Monte dealer being chased by the Transit Police in every BIG playoff game since the Holtz era. Look what happened to them vs. Bama.

Look what happened tonight. Kelly coached both games, iirc.

An AD who was aware would have hired a top flight coach and done what was necessary to turn Notre Dame into an SEC team. They are not that. They are a hybrid of Ped State and Taint and it showed tonigh. Bama would have crushed them tonight, as we did.

I think this beatdown will begin the painful process within the Notre Dame hierarchy of hiring the kind of coach who can recruit plAyers who can play Nick Saban’s style of football. Kelly can’t do that. This isn’t a problem for us now, but it will be a problem for us down range wrt recruits.
