Kelly had went to ND president and asked for things that would benefit the players and ND drug their feet on getting it done.

Riley said the same thing about USC administration, that they are "aligned". Exactly what Herbie said we are not. If Mario doesn't have a direct line to Frenk he's not going to come here.

Brian Kelly is a douche, he would run over his mother if he needed to win. He isn't a great guy, but he can flat out coach.

He fits LSU from a personality standpoint much better than ND.

He will have great success at LSU.

Incompetent buffoons like Les Miles and Ed Orgeron won national titles at LSU, and Brian Kelly is waaaay better than those guys,

It's actually pretty close to what happened. And 10000% if both those things had happened at Miami there would've been criminal proceedings against someone in our program just based on national pressure alone on even an incompetent Katherine Fernandez Rundle.

What is Brian Kelly's best win at ND? Feel like there is alot of empty wins there. Is it barely beating clemson without their star qb?
 
The kid Walker was not helped by parents/mentors by agreeing to appear with Kelly in such a manner...if he is a bust, it will haunt him.

From what I was able to find, it appears a tragic miscommunication at best, and at worst, indefensible negligence. After my brief researching, I'm inclined that Kelly (as the organization's leader) is absolutely partially responsible, Notre Dame the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the scissor lift operator to understand the safe operating conditions.
