Brian Flores hired by Steelers as Def asst

Because I made it up? Was discussed in-depth on the Big O show.

Regardless, if you watched the interview, Flores said He did NOT sign a separation agreement. If He would've signed it then He would've lost His ability to sue...that explains why the Dolphins preemptively defamed that man's character after He got fired.

LOL, then why didn't Omar bring up Flores hurting His feelings in this interview? Probably because you made the **** up:

Regardless? Ok, let's disregard your accusation that I "probably made it up". And just so I can address you properly, is it Mr. or Ms.Flores?
The Dolphins former coach has now made a number statements and seems to be playing loosely with the facts in his most recent re: Ross and the seperation agreement. His legal team seems to be trying to stay in the news cycle which makes me wonder if this thing gets dismissed before ever sniffing settlement/trial. Though I would eagerly welcome hearing the other side of the story.
And how 'bout the backhanded compliment about Lovie Smith's hiring? Just spit-ballin', but perhaps Flores STILL couldn't construct a suitable staff once he'd advanced to the final stages of the hiring process with the Texans? Wonder why no one reputable would want to work for him? Couldn't be because of his inability to work well with others as Ross and other media sources have indicated. But that wouldn't make any sense because Flores had such a strong offensive staff in Miami. Or did he? Well his OL coach was just retained as the Asst. OL coach under the new regime, and the 3-headed OC didn't work out too well, now did it?
Said it before, to his credit Flores is borderline genius when it comes to calling/constructing a defense. Otherwise, his relations with GM, portions of the coaching staff, qb, media - FAIL. And just as Ross said, and others - if you'll listen, he simply didn't collaborate well with others (next to no one really). A lot more to being a head coach than running an effective defense.

You realize a separation agreement was agreed to in his initial contract and because he refused to sign it he is losing his guaranteed money on the last two years of his deal. Flores is getting some horrible legal advice to breach the contract and claim racism on one of the most diverse organizations in the NFL.

Ross, Grier, coaches, players, and media have all said he is hard to work with. Flores insubordination is what cost him his job. Flores is about to be the one sued for defamation since that word has been used in every statement from the dolphins. We have not heard the dolphins side of things because that will be resolved in court(if it ever even gets to court).

Flores trying to turn this into a media circus just shows how uncredible and desperate this clown is. Him claiming racism about the dolphins and saying a white coach would not have been asked to do the same things and would not have been fired is making it seem way more like this is something personal than anything about race. For perspective Ross has hired more minorities in his time as owner than Flores did assistant coaches or lawyers.

FYI a separation agreement also does not take away your right to sue it takes away your right to discuss sensitive information. You can always sue if there is a legal issue. It is common practice for major corporations to include these in hiring agreements so don’t act like Flores is being asked to do anything special.
