Some clips from Edwards at UF 7-on-7 a few weeks back when he received his offer. No pads obviously, but he's really showing off his cover skills here at corner. Lockdown potential with those hips. You don't see many guys that size moving like that.

Give me Edwards over Brini.

When I went to the SFE tryouts, I had no idea what any of the big-time kids looked like. Edwards stood out immediately because of his size and ease of motion. It was obvious that he was a unique athlete.

Thank God Golden is not here anymore; this guy is the prototypical play making DB. When there's no pads, I look for the hip flip, reaction time, and instincts...check, check, and check.
 
What is the reason this kid is not a 5 star? He looks like the next Albert Lewis of old or Richard Sherman. What Am I missing?

He hasn't always been that good. He has developed a lot..gotten bigger and stronger. We are on hot befoe he really blows up.

I we get this transfer from Bama then a cb haul of Edwards, Henderson, and Brini would be pretty solid.

Can checks out my DB standards, aggressive; ballhawk, moves forward, COD excellent!

Hope fully he chooses green and orange.

Been saying it for awhile now, but I'd gladly swap this dude in for Brini. I think he's a better player and athlete.
 
Isn't Brini an offensive guy with high upside/potential as a DB? I think I'd take Edwards and what he has proven over potential.
