Brenden Sorsby- The Gambling Addiction

I could see the argument being made that he's an "addict" (which i'm not certain he really meets criteria for) in order to get disability and anti-discriminatory status, but that also works against him with regard to future behavior.

I could see a pathway to eligibility with an agreement to strict monitoring and ongoing "treatment" for his addiction/disability. At the same time, I could see the argument that his disability threatens integrity or causes an "undue hardship" for the NCAA.

All Gambling addiction rehab programs are bs.. that’s not the kind of habit that can be resolved by being forced to watch cheap “learning” videos while talking to a bs artist who doesn’t give af.

It's questionable whether he's really an addict, but i'm sure they'll find someone to diagnose him.

So someone who was angry, or someone who thinks Sorsby need help but could not convince him to get help.

100% this.

The second usually comes with a component of risk or fear for safety. I haven't seen an account to suggest anyone was harmed by his low-stakes gambling.

A gambling addiction is not a disability.

Are there more players involved with this? Usually where there is a gambling scandal, there is more than one athlete in the picture.
It kind of like when catch a rodent inside your house, there are more than one running around.
Nobody can convince me that Tyler Van Dyke wasn’t throwing games when he was here. Some of his interceptions were just so bad it couldn’t be by accident. Then he could be so good at times.
