If it’s a medically-diagnosed condition, then this isn’t helping their argument. A medically-diagnosed condition needs to be addressed and treated, not ignored so it can fester and continue to get worse.

Why 30 days? Seems two weeks at rehab is more than sufficient.
What folks fail to realizes is the NCAA has no rules or control over off-the-field issues such as arrests, accidents, etc. Believe they do have guidelines dealing with gambling.

I feel horrible for the rest of Texas Tech's players. Their reputations are getting ruined, and it's not their fault. If my son was on that team, I would want him to transfer, but it's too late for this season.

Like I said in another thread.. I would not want him on my team. You can’t trust him.
He obviously has a problem, maybe even a sickness. If Texas Tech truly cared about him, they would be making sure he focuses on getting help, not how he can affect their wins and losses for next season.
It’s truly sick what leaders at that school is doing to him, the team and the fanbase.

The crazy part about this is that because he bets so much that’s the argument to protect him… “he has a problem, don’t judge”. Whereas if he made like 5 bets he’d be out on his *** and labeled a degenerate idiot.

Salah and DMoney don't know their *** from their elbow when it comes to sports gambling.
The number of bets he made is completely normal and the betting on weird sports is normal. There are Twitter touts who post their picks in obscure sports all the time and then people follow/tail those bets. He wasn't up at 3am and watching Russian table tennis.
