I can tell some of you have never run a team in or worked for a big company. It’s called accountability. He failed. Performance, at best, lagged under his leadership. It’s on him. In the real world, where the bottom line is all that matters, these rationalizations and excuses don’t mean a thing.

So your argument is that he helped an elite level athlete have one year above his average so he's immediately a great offensive coordinator? Makes sense.

Tried to go cheap at wr after paying so much ppl and paying Josh Allen. They are leaning on a guy i drafted in the WEZ MOCK DRAFT like as a 5th or 6th rounder from Boise State.

Also they dont like to run the ball and scaled back on running Josh Allen after paying him.

That being said they own my team and im hopping they implode....i hate them just as much as i hate the noles and vt

Yes, but this is also the 2nd time he's been fired as a NFL OC. If his goal is to be a NFL HC one day, this is going to be a career setback. No one knows what he's thinking, maybe he is tired of getting scapegoated and decides he'd rather be a college HC in the future and call the shots. Lashlee got a great HC job after only 2 years as UMs OC.

so tired of us hiring guys with UM connections, is Saban an Bama Guy ? tired of hiring someone who understands the culture
Kelly seems to be doing very well in Baton Rouge. same with Lanning, DeBoer & Leopold from Kansas...... hire somebody who can help us win and recruit some difference makers at QB

Allen has phenomenal arm talent. Problem is he’s either throwing a TD or an interception every other play…

You don't think Kelly gets the culture in Baton Rouge? Did you not hear his accent at the press conference when he was first hired? That man flat out GETS it.
 
Would he want to be a college OC & recruit? Would he realistically take a job as a QB coach after being an NFL OC?

Lol talking about accountability while they have a top 5 offense by pretty much every metric except turnovers which is almost always entirely on the players... Meanwhile the HC isnt the one taking accountability. If you don't think this is McDermott kowing **** well his *** on hot, you're trippin.

The bills problem: Injuries on defense and lack of talent on offense, too many turnovers.

I own Diggs and cook in fantasy and watch every snap and they stink
Dude is building offense around two te set until Knox got hurt
He brings in the carcass Lat Murray over cook way to much
Dorsey makes it hard on themselves

He did not pick up when oc went to giants

Josh has been terrible as well w turnovers

Dorsey is the guy they can fire so they did
