We could apply this logic to the HC position. Instead of rearranging chairs on the deck, just fire Diaz.

Nick Saban literally did everything he could to try and stop a CB from transferring out. Tons of players quit his program every year. Clemson had players leave. 3 out of the 4 teams in the CFP right now has a QB that quit their original team minus Clemson. Im willing to bet that UGA, Bama, and Ohio St tried to convince those players to stay.

The level of football IQ on this board is abysmal.....

Manny coached up a TOP 3 defense in year 3 using mostly 3 star players....

He's had 8 months to get a team that was quitting on Mark Richt last year already...

JW was threatening to quit LAST YEAR...

Kosi was tweeting **** and gangsta-cash LAST YEAR...

Malik was a grinning-faced interception machine LAST YEAR...

Manny has become an easy scapegoat for your disappointments but this team is EXACTLY what they were in 2018 as they are in 2019....

High maintenance,....low output...

We need freshblood in assistant coaches and players...

We need more Rousseau.... less Pickneys...

More Wiggins.... less Jeff Thomases...

The difference is that Bama and Clemson are STACKED with 4 and 5 stars....

At Miami-- once you get past the starters-- they are stacked with 2 stars... big drop off...
 
IF Manny thinks that he's going to fire his way to success he's sadly mistaken....that is UNLESS he goes ALL the way and resigns himself.

He can't fix this. It's far outside of his skill set.

Accept the fact that you're a huge part of the problem here and resign.

Save us, yourself and the rest of the world the embarrassment of watching another year of a CHIMP coach futilely trying to drive a Ferrari
