Manny has been here 4 years he’s helped create this culture.

-Reed quit on the team, he’s coming back.

- Hightower quit on the team, dee said manny called him to come back

- jarred quit, he came back.

Manny could either get to work and actually try to fix the programs problems

OR

Continuously make excuses

Since he doesn't have the skills to actually do the FORMER......he must do the LATTER

He's a clown and a pushover and his team doesn't respect or fear him.

He's allowed multiple players to quit and come back. Guys to throw fits and skip practice and come back.

He has cultivated this entire culture and then decided to blame the culture for his failure. He is a giant piece of shlt.

Why are you pointing these guys out when we see players routinely quit on the field on Saturday’s, they are no better than the players who left the team either at one point.

It’s all symbolic of the culture that he has not only created but continues to support. Quitting with 0 consequences

I’m stunned the son of a politician who got into coaching as a goof with no athletic experience other than being a fan cultivated a locker room of entitlement, griping and selfishness.

Manny is the culture. He brought many of these guys in himself. Most of the guys NOT playing in the bowl game to prep for the NFL are his defensive guys......just as most of the guys talking about leaving early and being low picks or undrafted are his guys.

Richt didn't set a good cultural tone because he allowed his kid to coach and did play favorites with some, but Manny has shown favoritism with even more coaches and had just as many questionable depth chart/rotations throughout the year.

None of them were on the side of the ball he coached though and it was known that there were or is a friction between the offense and defense on the team when it came to caring

In Manny's defense he was also put in a position where depth forced him to reconsider a lot of guys.. And see you actually going to ***** about him letting JT4 back? That's some bullsh*t 20/20 hindsight my dude. Unless you want to pull an old post where you were against it.
 
If at first you don’t succeed..try again.

Richts O and staff wasn’t working. Canned them all.
Enos O and staff didn’t work. Canned Enos and most likely Barry at least. Add in Rumph as well.
