Miami wasn't firing Golden after winning 9 games in 2013 no matter how the season finished. Very few programs would do so especially one on probation. James was ready to dismiss Golden after the 2014 season but he didn't have the support.

I brought up Jeremy Foley because he's the best in the business. He has more resources and Bull Gators are less tolerant than Golden Canes. Even Foley wasn't throwing Zook or Muschamp under the bus although the Bull Gators were going crazy.

It's well documented that I despised the hire from day one, jokingly referring to the hire simply as, we stole Temple's coach. I hated the Shannon hire before him as well, Coker was okay in my when it happened, but I was onto him earlier than most.

It's pretty simple what was going on when DS was here, he was following her directives. He publicly supported Golden along the way, that's what AD's do everywhere. Once DS was gone, the season had gone to ****, and the new Pres gave him the go ahead he's done a good job on the surface from what I can tell.

I don't presume to know what goes on behind closed doors like so many around here, so clue us in. I've asked multiple times, so put up or shut up with facts rather than agenda driven drivel.

You left out the part about PSU by the way. How about forcing Golden's hand with his employees? We made ZERO improvement from 2012 to 2013. We went 5-3 in the ACC each year. We played KSU and ND in 2012. In 2013 we played no difficult OOC game (UF was 4-8). 9 wins means nothing when you play chit and have the same conference record.
