This is further indication of how far away we truly are. A confident program would never stoop to something like this. Our color scheme is iconic and awesome, along with our logo. With this move we tout swagger but scream weak.

Couldn't possibly care any less what Tennessee's fans do. Their checkerboard color-coding garbage sounds like something a bunch of lame, boring, OCD-addled Southerners cream their pants over. It's right up there with wearing shirts and ties and all the other idiocy some of the SEC fan bases carry on with.

I generally think these blackout games are kinda dumb and tacky (remember "Zero Dark Thursday," anyone?), but I'll wear black. Don't expect the entire crowd to play along, though.
