Keep it up buddy. I'll be there row 11, but half of those giving their opinion to me won't be there. Especially on this site, that's another guarantee. My thing is why won't the university start off by trying to have sellouts and go from there? We aren't UGA with a blackout or PSU with a white out (where I believe the shirts are provided), we are a small private school in an oversized stadium. It's going to look tacky with the empty seats on top of black not being a UM color. **** if anything it looks like Vatech with their dark purple. Why copy a big state school trend? Miami sets the trends not follows - what will be a half-a55ed attempt at that.
Miami should give more notice for these type of events or have it planned before the year starts, surely they knew of the black jerseys more than a week prior. Poor on their part, if not for this board I wouldn't know.
Now instead of aiming for a sellout I guarantee there will be at least one fan who doesn't go due to them not having black.
And I'm not the one complaining, you all are on why I want to wear orange.

Keep up.
There will be very few empty seats. Very few. Hardly noticeable.
Just try to keep up, and know what you’re talking about before you post.
Also you’re saying fans might not come because they don’t want to wear black is one of the most retarded things I’ve ever seen written on this site. It’s literally jaw-dropping dumb.
Christ, we have some idiotic “fans”.
Last game I recall that was close to a sell out was FSU Miami in 2014- n that's due to the FSU fans.
But let's continue trying to be PSU or UGA while those watching primetime on ABC wonder why the **** we are wearing black. At least have it be orange or green.

Yep, a lot of people giving their opinion here won’t be there. That’s true.
Doesn’t change the fact that thinking people won’t go because they’re supposed to wear black is about as brain dead as it gets.
And you’re not keeping up. There will be very few empty seats there.
If you had gone to the GT and Syracuse games, based on the attendance at those games, you would know that.
The stadium will be packed, if not sold out, and they'll know which team is Miami because of that U on the helmet. Nobody is going to be confused about anything because "specialty" uniforms are a common occurrence in college football.
No, you get off my lawn.
