Outside of coaching and the Admins there is one thing that is holding Miami back. They do not recuit many PLAYMAKERS anymore... The old Miami teams would have players take a simple screen or slant pass and out run the entire secondary and score a 75+ yard TD! Those plays get your team hyped up and playing at 110%. When is the last time we have seen that? Deejay Dallas to a certain extent but really that last playmaker we had was Duke Johnson. Now our RBs and WRs are catching passes and getting stopped immediately like 90% of the time. I'm really hoping Brashard Smith and Knighton are the next in line to a history of great playmakers.

gtfo lol. Playmakers we have tons of them. What we have is a terrible group on the offensive and defensive lines. That is the literal difference with this team and all of the glitz and glam you are currently seeing watching UF LSU..

I don't see a lot of playmakers on this team outside of Knighton or Smith, both are still very young as well.

I think it is poor roster maintenance. We've gotta use the portal smartly in order to get this roster back in order. I will say this Manny was trying to do it, but it was looking like seniority.

They’re sitting on the bench while non playmaking seniors play ahead of them!

I'll give u that its an issue but there isn't one single thing we can point to as the biggest weakness. There are waaaay too many to narrow it down to one.

Stevenson, Bolden, Taylor/J williams are three that would start on just about any team in our conference. What we lack is line play on both sides of the ball, but everyone on this site thinks football is a 7-on-7 game.
None of them are playmakers, maybe Williams in the future but not right now. When is the last time Bolden even had any Int or made a big play? Just because your a starter doesn't mean you're a playmaker

Well to be fair, Manny has this team practice like it’s a 7 on 7 game

We have plenty but they’re young and not used creatively

I was told all offseason this was best team, we were running it back with jags in new positions that looked good now lol, that we had the fastest team in long time, experience made the difference even if previous experience was of that player sucking, etc.. How is this possible?!

Like our coaching staff; you're missing a huge factor here, hoss; Play Makers don't get the opportunity to Make Plays if the offenive line isn't working.

The biggest weakness is no gives a **** about winning championships at Miami anymore. from the top down. We will see today if we have some players that come out and compete for each other to win. My guess is they won't. I want to be wrong
