It is obvious that the Miami loss has gotten to JJ, but I am also guessing this Toney love has gotten to him also. All these little hometown kids swarming Toney, might really be what's driving this Miami envy with him.

I turned on south florida news and they were reporting about Scottland walking in little havana (bro just walking around :ibis-roflmao-sm3:) and brazil partying.. no mention of this in south floirda honestly.. not even on local news

Dunno bigger star but if Mali helps win the Canes a Natty he’ll have a key to the city and never have to buy dinner at restaurant of his choosing. Will forever feel the love of 305.
Not sure Messi will ever have that in Miami

Among English-speaking sports fans down here, Toney is probably just as recognizable. Really not sure whether people who only speak Spanish at home have any clue about Malachi Toney.
