Likens probably gets promoted to OC at SMU. I expect him to be the OC for our bowl game. Lashlee will be way too busy with SMU that I wouldn't want him here even if he's willing to stay thru the bowl game.

The fact is all the guys leaving with Lashlee will have 1 doot out the door, but I expect them to be professional and finish off the season the right way.

Who cares? We don't win bowl games whoever the coaches are. Let Lashlee go to SMU, he deserves the job and there is absolutely zero reason for him to take up his time when he can be recruiting for them to prepare our kids for a meaningless game in El Paso. Let D'Eriq call the plays and I'm 100% serious. Lashlee should never come back to Miami except to maybe get some more **** he left before he flew to Dallas. His time here should be over. We're going to lose no matter what, so let the guy get his new gig going at SMU.

Aside from "who cares", you basically repeated what I said. Lashlee has too much to do and I don't want him here. Thank him for his service and wish him well.

The bowl game does matter. The game might be meaningless, but young players need reps so it does matter. Any coach will tell you how vital the bowl practices are for the next year which is why I'm happy FSU will be sitting home doing nothing until Spring. The young players are hungry and want to earn their stripes for next season. If Rambo sits out (I think he will, but Harley will play), it will actually be a benefit because the young WRs will get more reps with TVD in the practices and the game. We well see the future in the bowl game. Winning matters. Winning is always better than losing. Winning ends the season feeling better and about the future. Losing is just a reminder of what a disappointing season we've had.
