Beef jerky is one of the things I always had in my rucksack in Iraq... literally got me through it...and sardines as well
There's a few brands out there. It's the vegan version of beef jerky. It's not great but not horrible if you have an open mind.I’m intrigued; preach.
Never eaten a piece of beef jerky in my life.
Having a go to beef jerky is next level ****... than my normal go to beef jerky which is First Street
Ya, but its the only way to get 33g of protein with minimal fat/carbs from the corner store. Besides buying a protein shake or bar, while also being way more filling.Get some brisket jerky and your opinion will change.
That corner store Jack Links **** is awful.

Great sources of protein and EFAs. Used to pack them both all the time when I was on the road.Beef jerky is one of the things I always had in my rucksack in Iraq... literally got me through it...and sardines as well

Yeah, bro; especially since I train often. Beef jerky is a solid source of lean protein w/o that fat. It took me a while, and CA ain’t really known for home made beef jerky like that, unless u travel up North & hit up a Farmer’s produce market in cow country.
But honestly, if I can find a go to turkey jerky, I’ll be hella good. However, First Street been around since the late 1800’s. Tender, flavorful w/o a ton of sodium. They sell out a lot, though.
Have you tried Perky Turkey? https://perkyjerky.com/collections/turkey
Great stuff. Dunno if it's in CA tho.
I have not, but good looking. I have no issues w/ shipping if need be; however, I dunno fam…it feels a little “pause-ish” on that question. Lol.
This timeout is brought to you Life Wallet's Arroz con pollo. The official arroz con pollo of the ACC and schools everywhere.John Ruiz gonna make the official Arepa of the ACC.
Yeah, I can't be saying that **** in a crowded room lol.
But def grab a bag. It was my go-to back when I was lifting.
