Assistant coaches like good players jump on waves. If we start to win games, our assistants will get promotions and will be replaced with better assistants who will take promotions and will be replaced by even better coaches..........You can't expect Bama level assitants to sign up at a time when the program is being threatend with death, and players are signing elsewhere to play bowls. At Mimai, like always, there are so many very good players to be had that 10 win seasons are possible with lower level coaches provided they can recruit.........we are seeing that Al's reputation as a recruiter is deserved. I for one honestly expect the next 4-5 years to be Great to Be a Miami Hurricane!
