Best players on the team opposing Miami you've seen?

Stephan Lafors and Brohm as a back up carving us up in '04 I believe. That was the template for how teams would attack up going forward. We've never rrally answered that blueprint.

Not really....I was there....Sapp was flinging Frazier and Berringer around like Rag Dolls for 3 quarters until exhaustion....
What KILLED us were 2 things.....
FB Slessinger
Costa underthrowing a WIDE open Jon Harris for a SURE TD....
Costa OVERTHROWING a WIDE open Harris for another SURE TD....

Yeah, I know. But do you honestly think Nebraska comes back if Frazier stays on the bench? I don't.

Issac Bruce abused the Miami secondary in 1993 or 1994, although Miami won the game rather easily,

Good additions. They can be added to my list of opposing players who had great games even though Miami still won. As good as they were that night, Hester was much better.

luke kuechly and second was dalvin cook

I kept think who the f*** is this LB and why is he literally making every single tackle. I had to look him up.

Because the thread is about the best player on the opposing team, not who played the best game against us.

Or else we'll have to add muthafvckin Chafie Fields to this list.

And I'm not ready to do that!
Was standing in the sideline...smfh....
Worst part....play should have NEVER happened....James Jackson had a 1st down....Refs ball placement was total ***....I thought Butch was gonna come apart....

Not the point....If Costa hits just ONE of those TDs....Vick coming in would've been meaningless....not having 1/2 our starting D-line made it worse.

Brutal all around. Mike Rumph never turned his head around or that play doesn't happen. And if you watch the below video at 2:09 you see that Ed Reed of all people slowed down in his pursuit otherwise he makes the tackle.

It wasn't the smartest Defensive call on Shianos part.....but Morgan blitzed and JUST missed the QB....

Michael or Marcus?

Marcus probably wouldn't have made much of a difference, but Sapp would've been too tired to chase Michael around.

For real. I thought at the time that Morgan was gonna crush the QB before he got the ball off.

Not to start a discussion of worst moments in Hurricane history, but this one is up there with the Flutie-Dootie. Such a horrible turn of events.
