That's a fair and respectable position. I just remember watching that play and thinking to myself, "my God, the timing was so perfect it's almost like they were planning a combo tackle in the huddle."

Thinking back, a lot of the hits on this thread, the player on the receiving end left the game. Honestly, several of the hits on this thread would likely result in a penalty and ejection from the game under the current rules. I mean, there's definitely some "launching" in some of these hits....

But still... the caveman part of my brain momentarily takes control when the person delivering the hit is wearing the colors of this U. I am trying to be better, though.

That's my #1 right there. I know it's not fsu, but it's an LB on TE, TE is possibly bigger than Vilma, he saw it coming, tried to brace for the hit and still got destroyed. Plus Vilma had a massive hit on the RB right before that. Two huge hits that both people saw coming and still got destroyed.
