They used to cover theirs in gold leaf before games. I can see why actual gold might be impressive.

Wow I guess our fanbase is not the only ones that like the white helmets with the U.

As much as I hate them, I agree that FSU and UF have nice helmets as well. I used to think FSU had nice uniforms as well but I don't really like their current unis.

i always thought kansas state's silver and purple wildcast helmet was pretty badass. the arizona state pitchfork helmets, too.

Always thought that helmet was too busy and ugly.
