Matocha is graduating. Been at UM 4 years.
Miller has been here 5 years and is graduating.
Mammarelli isn’t going anywhere. Coach Field loves the kid.
Smith has been banged up. He comes back.
Think Rogers comes back.
More OL will transfer. They don’t belong at P5. G5 yes..

Tough part about the portal is, how many of them will have suitors though? We've seen over half these kids jump in the portal and sit there and rot and fade into the abyss.
Your hoping these kids learned there lesson from last years portal kids and don’t jump in unless they have something already locked up via some back end channel. This is where “street agents/handlers/NIL lawyers” need to earn there money.

Technically Matocha can and probably will enter the Grad Transfer portal. He is from Texas so it wouldn’t be stretch to see him to go SMU as a GA/Emergency QB like Zeb Norland did at South Carolina last year.

you can add Zion to the OL list. I think probably Seymor as well.

Staff is high on McLaughlin so not too sure he’ll leave but definitely a list with a lot of possibilities no doubt. Would be dumb for not Rodgers & Curtis to leave as at least one should be in the rotation quite a bit next year. And no reason for Miller & Haye to leave too. It’s gonna be quite the next month that’s for sure.

You either want to be here or you dont. Rebuild the roster period with guys that produce.

Your list includes the obvious candidates due to playing time, role changes, etc. In other words, the list primarily contains players that we as fans would not mind leaving as it creates spots for potentially better players who will contribute more and improve roster composition. However, it‘s almost certain there will be players that are currently starters or play meaningful minutes who transfer as well. TVD is a good example of one such player (hope I’m wrong). I am sure there are others.
agreed

I'm thinking even someone like Jahfari Harvey, maybe 1-2 starting OL with the new bunch coming in, and maybe avantae williams or a keontra smith. people who get meaninful playing time but only due to our roster being inadequate

I think the list will have less to do with guys who don’t see the field and more to do with guys who don’t give their all. Someone like Redding isn’t a superstar but all indications are he does all the right things in terms of practice and weight room habits. You don’t push a kid like that out.
I generally agree. The biggest factor is going to be whether the staff can line up an upgrade at the position. At that point, it becomes more the player's decision to leave than the staff's.
